Arlovski lost badly to Rogers, but gave Fedor a very good fight before he got knocked out. And let's be honest, you can't blame any MMA fighter for losing to Fedor. If Arlovski was still in the UFC, I think he'd fare well against the likes of Mir, Nogeuira and Lesnar.

Werdum is still a dangerous heavyweight who can give any fighter a tough time, and he can win any given fight.

And Babalu? I'm not going to disagree that he's a classic fighter and well-regarded, but if you're talking about who deserves to be on the list while cheerleading for Babalu, then you should also mention that he was destroyed by Gegard Mousasi in his most recent fight.
