Few emotions are better caught on tape than fear. There’s just something about seeing someone else’s terror from the comfort of your own home that makes you feel an odd sense of joy. And when that terror is a playful monkey chasing a girl around a cage, it’s only that much sweeter.

    You are right it is the fear and terror of others that we too often find pleasure in until it comes knocking at our own door then it's not quite as hilarious. But I imagined if that were me in that cage, despite the smile on my face as I watched, I knew without a shadow of doubt I would be just like this young girl!

    As harmless as this monkey might have been when it was racing around the cage with quick speed and jumping to heights I was not expecting, I would be horrified too. But when the money got in her space holding on with both hands wrapped around her leg…Yeah I would be screaming my head off at this point too, in tears, and trying to get out! But the woman at the entrance of the exit probably would have had a concussion because I would have plowed her down as I forced my way out of that cage! So this video could have easily been me. I am sure this has scarred this little girl for life and she won't even enjoy watching “Curious George” ever again!WOW!
