If you don’t know who Shaquille O’Neal is, then you probably shouldn’t be reading this list. In fact, I’d go back and make sure you haven’t been in a coma your entire life leading up to this moment. But just in case, Shaq is one of the most famous basketball players on Earth, having spent most of his career with the L.A. Lakers, with whom he won three of his four NBA Championships; the fourth he won with the Miami Heat. He now plays for the Phoenix Suns.

Jerry Rice just tweeted how he just found out about being featured in this article! Jerry is great because he follows back and interacts with his followers.
Andy Murray didn’t defeat Roger Federer at the US Open. It was the other way around…. it only takes about 2 seconds to check this kind of fact…
Whoever wrote this article is an idiot. That Jerry Rice link isn’t even him.
“Bio I am a fan of the man the legend Jerry Rice. Hoping he will see this and get on Twitter. Let him know you love’em”

This is real word training information you won’t find in the strength and conditioning industry. This is also the same type of information we post at http://www.elitefts.com .
