Look what just blew in from the windy city! Twenty-year-old April Rose from Chicago, Ill has beat out hundreds of 919’s to pick up the title of Maxim’s 2008 Hometown Hottie champion. And we have to say, she’s not the only one who won, here. These pictures are so hot, it’s nice to know she’s going to be around from now on…
