Is There an Argument For Percy Harvin to Win the Heisman Trophy?

(Short, obvious answer: No.) We had pretty mush assumed that if Texas Tech QB Graham Harrell beats Oklahoma Saturday in Norman, the Heisman was his. Unbeaten, No. 1, and at or near the top of all the relevant passing stats should lock up the award.
