J-Dobb, as far as I can see the right guy strikes the left guy with the sides of his hands on both sides of his neck.

My guess he hits his neck after the one guy goes blank is because he wants to get him back to earth by giving him some strikes on his neck where his nerves are… or something like that. ^^
