South Park Enjoys Raping Indiana Jones

Who needs SNL when rabid anal pummeling is readily available on Comedy Central? The geniuses behind South Park brilliantly spoofed Steven Spielberg and George Lucas raping Indiana Jones on Wednesday night and (surprise, surprise!) the execs at Paramount aren’t happy.

The episode, Olympic Nightmare, shamelessly draws from those please-god-make-it-stop scenes in The Accused and Deliverance. Anytime one of the SP boys screams “rape!” you know the show is about to go from funny to masterful.

As paranoid Cartman obsesses that China telegraphed an attack on the United States via Olympic’s opening ceremony, retarded Jimmy mourns the demise of the Spielberg/Lucas Indiana Jones franchise – specifically The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

From there, the show goes from hilariously offensive to graphic and disturbing as Stan sits down to watch the latest film. In the following dream/nightmare sequence, an animated George Lucas is seen licking Indiana’s body as Spielberg looks on. The scene that follows is nothing short of outright trauma – for both the viewer and the boys.

Clearly, Matt Parker and Trey Stone are playing footsie with Paramount, viciously reminding them remaking a classic cinematic masterpiece was a bad, bad idea. But, as Show Tracker asks, was having Spielberg and Lucas continually, graphically, violently rape Indiana Jones going too far?

Maybe not. Strong rumors are brewing at ‘Indy 5′ is on its way, no doubt with hordes of Shia LaBeouf in the mix.

Wow.

I can’t wait to see what South Park does with that one.
