Happy 21st Birthday Hilary Duff!

For Hollywood stars, underage drinking is a non-issue. It is confirmed by family members that Britney was blowing lines of coke at 16, so I’m willing to bet the farm that even though Hilary Duff had her 21st birthday over the weekend, she probably had her first beer years ago.

When celebrating a 21st birthday, it is standard for girls it hit the town and throw down shots as fast as they can – and Hilary Duff is no different. In a court ruling last month a judge ordered her estranged father to pony up $12,500 for a her birthday bash – that will buy her a little over 100 shots of Remy Martin Cognac Louis XIII. Not like she really needs the money though, as Duff was listed on Forbes’ list of Top 20 Earner Under 25 since 2005, raking in $15 million plus a year.

Anyway congrats to Hilary Duff and good luck to her 28 year-old hockey playing boyfriend, Mike Comrie who will have to deal with her sloppy drunk ass.
