Iterasi.com, a newly launched site/plug-in/add-on, allows you to record whatever websites you like, which are then saved to your Iterasi account page. But it’s way more than just a simple bookmark.

When you save a site, it saves the entire page to your archive. That means all the links, cookies, everything works the same as it does if you’re simply go to the site. Plus, you can enter in tags when saving the site that will triger Iterasi to record the site every time posts with those tags appear.

This allows you to track stories that you are interested in, and have access to blogs (like this one) after their articles disappear into the abyss that is “previous entries.” If you run your own Site, you can use Iterasi to keep track of competetor sites, and extend your researching abilities. This is the beginning of bookmarking becoming obsolete.
