Another great event for Beer Olympics is the Marathon… This is where one person from each team is dedicated to drinking specifically in the Marathon event. The rules are simple, who ever drinks the most in 3 hours wins. Eating is allowed but not overly recommended; however, any puking automatically disqualifies the participant. Participants must stick around each other and the event is regulated by the other marathoners. Beer is not allowed to be taken to the bathroom. This game usually starts first and occurs while the rest of the games are going on (since it does cover 3 hours). As a past marathoner and record holder, I would say only the strong survive. This event typically is worth more points than other events since the best drinkers are typically involved in this.

just read above, shouldnt take long but the key is to play multiple rounds…if the tolerance can stand up

We are trying to put together Beer Olympics in Omaha, NE. We have never put one on or even know how to start. Meaning, .. games, teams, how long does each event even take, etc. How do I get started?
