Isn&#039;t it fucking retarded? The electoral college system infuriates me. First off, in this day and age, it would be way EASIER and more democratic to just count the popular vote. 
 
What&#039;s more, the way they determine the number of electors (by adding the two senators to the number of representatives) means that vote of a person in one state is more valuable than that of another. More precisely, voters in states with smaller populations get more weight placed on their vote than states like California. ]]></description>
