Affliction Filmed by my HS A/V Squad

I blew $50 on the Affliction fight.

I thought for sure it was going to be amazing, with a fight card like what they had – how could it not be? Within the first minute, I was amazed that they had Michael Buffer as the announcer. I thought, WHOAH! Hardcore!

No…not quite. The fighter segments, audio and almost every shot, was being produced by film students. The audio BLEW and every time anyone spoke into the microphone is was easy muffled or crackling. What was a real clue was that all of the graphics were low-res. If you are going to offer a show in HD, at least make an attempt to do the small stuff.

Once the show was going, I noticed that EVERYONE was at Affliction. Who the hell was at UFC? Donald Trump sat next to Jenna Jameson sat next to Tito Ortiz sat in front of Stone-Cold Steve Austin sat next to the Undertaker sat next to Michael Strahan sat behind Ashton Kutcher… You have to hand it to Affliction though, they had every major fighter in MMA, other than the contracted UFC guys. I was waiting for Jesus to fight Satan.

Back to watching UFC on DVR. If no one posts the results, I will put them up later.

**Update** – Affliction fights are retardedly awesome! Andre Orlovsky DESTROYED some huge fat dude and sprayed blood on the camera lens…wow…oh yeah – Megadeath?! WTF?! Was no one else available?!

**Update** – Tim Sylvia just got SODOMIZED by Fedor in 36 seconds…it was unbelievable!!!
