Not even a trip to the zoo." There are actually a billion different studies that have shown people with conservative leanings give far more to the poor and other charities. That's kinda the main tenet of true conservativism (neo-cons are just liberals in douche clothes) people driven help = yes; government entitlements and hand outs that end up being 5 cents on the dollar due to bureaucratic bloat = no. This is totally just a way to get the homeless out of the Dems way. (which kinda blows up your original joke, no?
