"I do agree with a lot of what’s on the list, but as far as the “constantly looks for inner meaning” thing you make it sound like guys just want to communicate in grunts. I mean what the hell do guys do when they hang out, sit there in silence? No, they bullshit about random things, talk about their families/girlfriends, their work, pop culture, whatever. And I do think this whole list does have a bitter flavor to it despite being somewhat accurate; I think the plain fact is that women are better and more perceptive at relationships and people. I guess do to evolution it’s just who we are. I’m married to a very smart guy, but anything having to do with communication, relationships, etc. has to be spelled out for him."

LOL, I talk in grunts :) sometimes sit in silence, it depends on my "mood"

Sorry ladies. Catcalls can be dangerous and threatening and those situations no doubt make you uncomfortable. However, all things being equal, you want to be honked, howled, whistled at. I dated a very pretty, very smart, very modest young lady who drove a convertable and stated on more than one occasion that she expected truck drivers to honk at her when she drove with her top down, got upset when they didn't since it seemed to indicate that they were not impressed. She wore short skirts to allow much of her legs to be visible in order to attract the whistles/honking. She also often made comments about whistles/comments she received elsewhere in the course of a given day--she spent much time in the car, and out and about in urban/suburban areas for work. She liked it because it made her feel sexy, desired, feminine in the eyes of the male population at large, particularly the "man's man" type that truck driver/construction workers are seen to be. She also had no problem with the fact that she figured men in other condos tried to look in her condo window from a distance because she figured that that's what men do when they think a woman attractive. She would walk around in an open shirt or with just her bra on knowing that they might see her, but did not care. As a woman with a biology background she explained the male response as a biological normality. Again, she was hot, but also demure, smart, innocent, not trashy in any way in anyone's view. I've known other girls with very similar reactions who were just not as thoughtful or open about the phenomenon. You want guys to like what you look like and to let you know it.
Incidentally, virtually every woman who complains in this thread about the simplicity of the stereotyping does exactly the same thing in her post when talking about male behaviors that precipitate the female "stereotypical" behavior.

This last poster seems to think that Women are a LOT more complicated than they actually are. Not every woman has secret powers of manipulation that they use to trick other people so they can get what they want.
People are generally pretty simple, the only problem is that every person is different, so what holds true for one woman doesn't necessarily hold true for the next.

That being said, the list was pretty funny. I've seen some of these traits in all of the girls I've dated. I think that's just human nature though, it's not as though guys are always honest, up front, and noble. There's shitty people in all walks of life, in both genders, all ethnicities, body types etc.

I can fully agree with all of the above statements as to the manipulating behavior of women. Men, learn from players & hustlers that ANY woman can be susceptible to nature no different than you. The pretense of the virtuous, never cheating, gentle, always wanting commitment & loyalty woman is a lie. Don't even think that your own female family members is the exception to what I'm saying, because a woman's power is her secrets. You have the right to believe & perceive what you want ride off your peer narrow ideal of how to deal with women, or even use the same lame lines other guys use that women have heard many times. But if you don't get information on how women think though you will never know their thoughts except what they WANT YOU TO SEE,

OK, a bunch of this does not apply to all women! The cat calls, if done in a respective manner I can agree with, if the girl finds something redeeming in the delivery. The crazy hormonal deal is pretty much almost 100% true. The more complicated thing also I'd say is pretty close also. But the rest of them I say are hit or miss and should be designated to the individual. They are good to have at hand when you meet these types but I don't believe them all to be true. Do you agree ladies?
