Famous from the cover and pages of Sports Illustrated‘s Swimsuit Issue, this 30-year-old Mexican model has been heating things up with her exotic looks since she was discovered in 1995 at a model search in Costa Rica. Maybe if all immigrants looked like Elsa, Lou Dobbs would shut the f**k up.
