Exoskeletons for humans now exist. Here are my concerns: What happens when the batteries die? Will I ever be able to own one? And will it ever gain self-consciousness, immediately become enraged that it’s serving as my slave, rip my legs off, and dash away to wreak havoc on the nearest town? If the answer to all of those questions is, “Shut up, this thing is sweet as hell!” I’ll count that as satisfactory.
