Teen Charged With Felony for Posting Nude GF Photos On Myspace

If your ex-girlfriend is under 18-years-old, it might be a good time to change your revenge tactics. According to TheSmokingGun.com, a 17-year-old kid from Wisconsin is “facing felony child pornography charges for allegedly posting naked photos of his 16-year-old ex-girlfriend on his MySpace page.”

But don’t freak out at the injustice just yet; the guy kind of had it coming. From the article:

When contacted by police about the two images, Phillips, 17, balked at removing the pictures of the girl. Warned that he could face jail for publishing images of the minor, Phillips told an investigator, “F*ck that, I am keeping them up,” according to a criminal complaint filed yesterday in Lacrosse County Circuit Court. Phillips, pictured in the below mug shot, told cops that he posted the photos last week “because he was venting.”

Ok, dude, rule #1 when dealing with police: Never say “F*ck that.” Snubbing officers when they’re being cool basically guarantees they’ll do whatever they can to screw you over. And when the police want to screw you over, consider yourself f*cked.

That said, it was the girl who took the photos, and sent them to Phillips. And he’s only a year older than the girl, who obviously isn’t a child anymore, considering her porn-picture producing tendencies. But in the end, it was Phillips’ lack of tact that did him in, saying in an image comment, “Yo, U see how big her hole is! Its from me!”

Oh man, you got her! Sorry to tell you, but that’s what Bubba’s going to say about pictures of you, after you’ve spent some time in the slammer. So, um, good luck with that.
