Jenna Jameson Kicks Ass At NY Comic-Con!

It’s always fun watching Jenna Jameson in any one of her movies, but seeing her in person is an experience unto itself. To promote her comic book Shadow Hunter and her new film Zombie Strippers, Jenna hosted a panel, with artist Amanda Conner, on why women kick ass this past weekend at the New York Comic-Con.

Jenna kicked off the panel by praising the audience, calling them “the most hardcore [fans] but in a beautiful way” that she’s ever met. She asked them if the term ‘fanboy’ was a negative label or a term of endearment, admitting to being a ‘fanboy’ herself thanks to her brother who got her into Spawn.

Before her entrance, a clip was shown of Jenna’s latest project, Zombie Strippers, a horror movie about…well guess. She was attracted to the project because she has been a lifelong fan of horror (her favorite being John Carpenter’s The Thing) and enjoyment of director Jay Lee’s last movie The Slaughter. Filled with plenty of T&A and gore, Jenna’s main attraction to project was Lee’s comedic script, although a scene where she bites a man’s dick off was a plus.

The panel closed with a clean Q&A session where Jenna told the audience she has retired from the adult film industry and made no apologies about what she’s done, believing it was all part of the game of life and she was playing to win. When asked about her appearance on The View, she said it was a milestone and if fans wanted to see it to go to her my space page.

Jenna finished by summing up her philosophy of life, that it takes a woman to get to the next level, and that there is a porn star in all of us waiting to get out. The panel concluded with a mad rush for autographs and photos with legendary actress.
