Method Man and Thursday to Headline Montclairfest 2008

Montclairfest 2008 goes down on Saturday, April 26 at noon at Montclair State University in the Ampitheatre. Tickets are free for students ($5 for non students tickets) and can be picked up at the Montclair State University SGA Office (Student Center rm. 103) from 8 to 3:30 p.m.
Co-headlining the event are Method Man and Thursday with main support from Bobby Valentino, Paulson, and Honesty Eyes.
Method Man is a crossover success who has been an actor, record producer, and widely known as a member of Wu-Tang Clan. Thursday are widely known and New Jersey natives who are known for their success in the underground music scene. The band has also announced through Myspace that they will be playing some new songs at the event.
Bobby Valentino is an R&B act who is set to release his third album this summer. Paulson is an up and coming act from Northern New Jersey with their single ‘Calling On You’ getting airplay on MTVU and MTV2. Honesty Eyes are also from Northern New Jersey and won the supporting parts as part of a Battle of the Bands that was held in support of the event.
