COED’s Interview with Flavor Flav

Recently COED was lucky enough to have an interview with Flavor Flav.

Yeah, he copped out on answering a few of our more fierce questions (aka: “Ball park guess, how many girls have you had sex with?” or “Who would he rather be as 23 yr old, Lebron James or Mark Zuckerburg?”) but still, Flav seems like a decent dude.

“UNDER ONE ROOF”

Tell me about this new TV show:

“Under One Roof” is a sitcom different from all other sitcoms. It’s funny and I think its going to last very long.

Tell me more about your co-stars:

Kelly Perine who plays my bro Winston is a great, funny guy. I watch and learn a lot from him – A genuine person.

How is shooting a sitcom different than shooting a reality show?

Shooting a reality show, you are under your own direction, but with a sitcom it’s scripted and its’ under someone else’s direction. You have to rehearse and memorize so many lines.

FLAVOR OF LOVE

How many of the Flavor of Love contestants (over all three seasons) have you gotten down with?

All of them. I have gotten down with all but never made love to any.

During an episode in Season 2 episode, one of the girls came in to talk to you and you were playing something really beautiful on the piano. There were a few bloggers (myself included) who were blown away by your piano skills. Why haven’t we seen that musical side of you and will we after this show ends in the form of a more classical inspired album?

The reason why you haven’t seen that much is I’m trying to project other things that are positive but my musical side is coming.

You wanted a “classy” woman this season – define what a classy woman means to you?

All the women of “Flavor of Love” were classy. I am trying to find a woman with time for me that I could be good friends with and build into a relationship…friendship first.

What is the inspiration behind Yeah Boy!?

Got the saying from LL Cool J. Took the “Yeah” and made it longer and made it my own.

What does the future hold for Public Enemy?

Whatever God has in store for us

What is your fondest memory from your time in Public Enemy?

My best memory was hearing that we accomplished our goal of making Dr. King’s Birthday a holiday in Arizona.

I own over 111 clocks

Do you own stock in Duracell?

I sure don’t but if I did, I wouldn’t be doing a sitcom
