Lover: 14 year-old male student

Crime: 3 sexual encounters with a teen between Oct. 1 2006 and May 4, 2007. Twice in her car. Once in her apartment

Sentence: Ms. Ragusa is charged with five counts of engaging in lewd or lascivious battery of a minor. She is currently free after posting $12,500 bail.

Lisa Marinelli
Age at time of offense: 40
Location: Tampa, FL

Occupation: High School Substitute Teacher
Lover: 17 year-old male student

Crime: While searching for potential suitors for her 15 year-old daughter, Ms. Marinelli had over 10 sexual encounters with a minor.

Sentence: She is charged with unlawful sex with a minor. She is currently free on $20,000 bail.

Mary Jo Spack
Age at time of offense: 45
Location: Tampa, FL

Occupation: High School Honors Teacher
Lover: 17 year-old male student

Crime: Spack met two Freedom High School students, took them to a liquor store, then drove them to a Howard Johnson motel where they drank alcohol together. The students texted three of their friends to join the party. Spack had sex with the 17 year-old in the shower while the other students listened.

Sentence: She is charged with one count of unlawful sex with a minor and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She is currently free after posting $8,500 bail.

Jaymee Wallace
Age at time of offense: 28
Location: Tampa, FL

Occupation: High School Teacher and Basketball Coach
Lover: 15 year-old FEMALE student

Crime: 19 months of sexual encounters with a minor (2002 – 2004)

Sentence: Ms. Wallace was charged with one count of lewd and lascivious battery, a second-degree felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison. She ultimately received three years in prison and three years of probation.
