Miss COED: Miss Teen USA, Katie Blair

Katie Blair from Billings, Montana was crowned Miss Teen USA in 2006 at the young age of 20. Who would’ve guessed Montana could produce such incredible smoke shows?

Blair was the subject of controversy after she and Miss USA 2006, Tara Conner, were rumored to have been publicly intoxicated with Miss Universe 2006, Zuleyka Rivera, on Rivera’s birthday. A source also claimed that Conner and Blair had kissed, danced on tables in a sexual manner and snorted cocaine.
