Sure, I can understand arresting a 40 year old going onto a 12 year old kid, THAT sick fucker would deserve it regardless of gender, but why the FUCK would you arrest a 25 year old having an affair with an 18 year old…? The general consensus states that the age is 18 years old, but why is there an exception in another state? It just doesn't make sense…to give someone 20 years of prison where the stakes are so much worse when you are convicted in a situation where BOTH people know what they're doing and what they're getting into. Attraction is attraction…and a considerable sense of judgment is key on BOTH sides. If I were that lucky at 15 and I had a hot teacher and we BOTH knew very well what we were doing, I'd have a bitchin' time just NAILING that fuckin' pootang.

You want a solution to this fucking problem? Then for one:
Redefine the concept of CONSENT instead of putting it on a legal fucking age limit, ESPECIALLY when it's not even properly enforced in the first place. Have a fucking "consent class" or some shit, directed at teaching 15 years or older for fucks sake…consent is LEARNED, not put in a fucking law book. Not a SINGLE fucking cop that arrested these honest women did not think that if it weren't for their job they would pound that pussy in a heart beat, but once again…it's come to the motive where pigs want their fucking pig food which is money in their bank…

If the law continues to suppress instead of protect what needs to be protected, then it's doing more HARM instead of good. This is why when someone is falsely accused of rape society will rummage you down like wild fucking dogs after a pack of meat and label you a rapist once they affiliate the word "rape" and your name right next to it. (Yes, any rape and abuse to the unwilling IS wrong). If you are ACCUSED of rape, then society will just swarm the living fuck all over your shit and HARASS you regardless of before or after a trial…it's just the nature of the fucking beast.

Point being, If a teenager with the most rational judgment wants to have sex, then LET him or her have sex. Granted. that itself is a little scarce to find, but there ARE such people.
