Elder Admits Committing Armed Robbery on Campus

University of Alabama football player Jeremy Elder admitted Sunday afternoon to committing the robberies that landed him in Tuscaloosa County Jail, according to documents in Tuscaloosa County District Court.

On Monday, coach Nick Saban indefinitely suspended Elder, a freshman defensive tackle, from the Crimson Tide football team. As of Tuesday afternoon, Elder still sat in jail on $60,000 bond on two counts of first-degree robbery.

According to court documents, he used a semi-automatic pistol to take $26 from one student in the Bryant Hall Dorm parking lot. The other victim said he did not have any money. [Full story here] [Revenge T-Shirt here]
