		<description>It sucks that such a method is needed, but the fact is, it may very well prevent further spread of diseases. Especially in cases where people found each other online specifically for a one time hookup, and might not even have any other way to contact the person. If I were to get one of these e-cards, I would be pissed sure, and wondering if it was a joke...but I&#039;d also get my ass to the clinic just in case. Anything we can do to encourage people - especially younger people - to get tested is a-ok by me!</description>
