It's not nearly as awful as you think it is -- you're just not treating it as a COMEDY! It's freaking hilarious!!! I can't tell which is better -- the "challengers" and "gladiators" trying to trash talk each other, or Hogan and Ali trying to pump up the hype and pretend to be media announcers.
