The Fetish Car: Sleek, Sexy and Expensive

September 5, 2007     Posted in News-ish

The Fetish

According to electric car company Venturi, it takes a boatload of green to “Go Green.”

The new car from the Monaco-based automotive company is appropriately named the Fetish. The all-electric whip goes from 0 – 60 in 5 seconds and tops off around 105mph – not too shabby for an environmentally-sound vehicle.

Venturi plans on manufacturing 5 Fetish models a year. Now that’s what I call mass production!

All joking aside, the reason Fetish models are scarce is because they have to work out the kinks for maximum driving pleasure…get it?! LOL?

At a price point of $660,000 it’s good to see that smug, self-important San Franciscans will have a new high-profile, earth-friendly toy to brag about. Good for you!

Meanwhile, lowly peasants like ourselves will have to make amends with our cheaper, faster, stacked-to-the-max cars. Good for us!
