Here is my problem – who the f*** paroled these psychopaths?? What tree-hugging organization petitioned for these guys to get free?? No one wakes up and goes, “Hey, I think I will tie a man up and force him to watch us bang his wife and children.�? There are signs, and we need address this. A LITTLE less time searching for nail clippers in my carry-on, LITTLE more time having cops search for animals like this.

I told my boyfriend that this is why I want a gun in the house when I get married with kids. He thinks that would have made it worse…uhh…no. Dude, no way they are raping me after I or my husband shoots him in the damn head!? Is my rationale off.

We need to find the families of these 2 murderers and put them on a box so we can all point and marvel at how in the hell they created 2 of the most heinous individuals I have ever seen.

Hey Mr. and Mrs. Hayes and Komisarjevsky – you f***ed up! BIG TIME. Please tell us how you raised your kids so we can put it in a parental book of how NOT to rear children…you sick S.O.B.’s.

In closing, these 2 soul-less douche-bags need to be tortured in public while being televised on free access TV. Don’t agree? Think it solves nothing? Maybe not for the husband, but it will be a sign. Not some jail cell for 40 years where you get to watch TV, play video games, find God or Allah or whoever is hot right now. And not a quick death either – nonono – straight up torture Vietnam-style.

I have mixed views on this. What they did was wrong not question about it. Soul-less ass hats you betcha, but would doing the same thing to them in return make things better? Not really.

You are right they should never be up for parole EVER! They should be put to death. No need to hold it out for 10-15 years. Should it be public? I think that would just set a worse standard for the public as a whole.

Sorry if that sounds more flip-flopped but it’s a tough topic.

All I can do is think about this guy who had to watch and listen to what these dudes did – and at a certain point, how do you as a society prevent this or at least deter others.

Not to go Psych101 with the Erickson Behavioral Model, but if all these kind of psychos understand is crime/punishment – than maybe we need to show them…too harsh? I mean, prison OBVIOUSLY didn’t work for these 2.

Do you think that someone that is able to do something like this would actually care what the outcome was for their actions? I don’t. True prison wasn’t the answer for these two and I do feel sorry for the guy for what he is going through. I just don’t really see the eye for an eye tactic being the answer here.

They didn’t get paroled, it’s just without any prior violent crimes it would be hard to give them a sentence thah included ‘without the possibility for parole.’

It’s always easy with cases like this to try to justify touchy issues (gun control, torture, death penalty) but the logic behind it is flawed. It would be like watching only one baseball game, and in this game Cecil Fielder stole 2nd base. After the game you came to the conclussion that Cecil fielder is a good baserunner, and your conclussion would make sense based on that one game. However if you look at Cecil Fielder’s career numbers (1 career stolen base), you would realize that you were dead wrong.

All of your points about torture, guns etc make perfect sense in dealing with these two scumbags, but in a large sense it becomes very debatable. When talking about policy, you can’t look at stuff from the most extreme circumstances.

Bottomline, even this tree hugging liberal would like to see these two guys die a painful death, and I also think Cecil Fielder needs more public attention.

Cecil Fielder also had one of the largest asses I have ever seen on a man.

I think Sir Mix-a-lot wrote a song about him, and NO Sir M was not gay, he just liked the finer things in life!

Pat, you are gay. Your comments are not only insensitive, but not even close to being marginally funny. Prince would kick your ass, #1. #2, there isn’t enough rope in the world to tire up Cecil’s big ass. #3, rape jokes, not funny – Chuck Norris = funny, rape = not funny.
