54 inch jump to the top of the box. Alls I can say is good thing he didn’t fall backward because those dumbbells would have done some severe brain damage. Also listen to all the meat heads in the background lose their shit when he actually jumps it.

This guy is training under Joe Defranco. He could very well be the best trainer for almost all sports.

Quite simply the second best box jump ive ever seen, behind Adrian Wilson's 66 inch jump (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7vL19q8yL54). Mix this with some Godsmack or Disturbed and you have yourself one hell of a motivational video
